In almost 30 years the Asharq Group has been transformed from a family business, into a leading trading house having excellent business relations all over Yemen and the neighboring countries. The group has further broadened its horizons by associating with the Al- Masaood group (Abu Dhabi), one of the largest business corporations in the U.A.E. having interests in the Hospitality Industry, Construction Industry, Automotive Products, Aviation etc. The product of the association came to be known as Asharq Masaood International (AMI).

To ensure successful future expansion and to achieve its objectives, AMI has started to adopt strategic management policies in order to keep up with new technologies undertaken worldwide. Accordingly with the advent of 1999, AMI has implemented a computerized network platform to automate all activities
